Because of using this product has caused me to have a full beard! I gave a 1 star rating because it doesn't give you a 0 or negative option to choose. Maybe I just got a dud.Great product w/ some caveats4I use this device to remove thick hair on my chin and cheeks - it works really well for this and is super convenient!!! Cons: interior crevices are hard to clean and spare heads are hard to come by. I changed the heads out a couple times and it still doesn't work that well. Now my face and chin is full of bumps and irritating ingrown hair.Not so great2The older model was better. No more chemicle burns for me!I don't I would buy this product or recommend it to others.It doesn't get all the hair and the jwaline is worse. All I can say is, zero irritation, removes unwanted peach fuzz and is quick and convenient. But, its a nice extra touch if you truely are in the dark.
